# Reports

> Generate and download stakeholder-ready GEO reports

Reports packages visibility, competitive context, prompt performance, citations, AI response analysis, and recommendations into a stakeholder-ready view. Use it for leadership updates, customer readouts, and monthly GEO reviews.

## Report states

| State                        | What it means                                                         |
| ---------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **No report yet**            | No report snapshot exists. Click **Generate report**.                 |
| **Generating report...**     | Anymorph is building the snapshot. This usually takes about a minute. |
| **Couldn't generate report** | Generation failed. Review the error and click **Try again**.          |
| **Ready**                    | The report is available with regenerate and PDF download actions.     |

## Header actions

When a report is ready, the header shows:

| Action           | Use it for                                        |
| ---------------- | ------------------------------------------------- |
| **Regenerate**   | Refresh the report from the latest analysis data. |
| **Download PDF** | Generate and download a PDF for sharing.          |

The header also shows the brand, domain, report period, and last updated timestamp.

## Report sections

Reports may include these sections depending on available data:

1. **GEO score** - Overall score and grade.
2. **Executive summary** - AI-generated narrative summary.
3. **Key metrics** - KPI row for visibility, mention, sentiment, and citation signals.
4. **Competitive landscape** - Competitor ranking and interpretation.
5. **Platform performance** - Engine-by-engine performance.
6. **Search intent** - Intent categories and strengths/weaknesses.
7. **Citation analysis** - Source and citation context.
8. **AI response analysis** - How engines talk about the brand.
9. **Query performance** - Top-performing and weak prompts.
10. **Strategic recommendations** - Content gaps, citation opportunities, page improvements, and third-party strategies.
11. **Action items** - Prioritized next steps.

## When to regenerate

Regenerate after:

* A new visibility analysis has completed.
* New pages have been published from [Generate](/dashboard/generate).
* Major Fix or Earn work was completed.
* Competitor or prompt sets changed.
* You need a fresh PDF for a meeting.
