Onboarding turns one website address into a measurable workspace. Your part is short: enter a domain, choose which market and languages to measure in, and press Start. Everything after that runs on its own, and the workspace opens when it’s ready.

Before you start

  • You need a company email address. A new workspace can only be created for the domain your email belongs to.
  • Joining an existing workspace instead? All you need is the invitation link — invited people skip everything below and land straight in the workspace.
  • Use a laptop or desktop. The workspace doesn’t open on narrow screens.

Step by step

1

Sign up or sign in with your work account. If you arrived from an invitation link, a banner tells you which workspace you’re joining and your email is filled in for you.
2

Enter your domain

On Enter your domain, type the address into Website URL and press Continue.
  • https:// is stripped as you type, and www. is dropped.
  • You can include a path (example.com/en) to point the analysis at one part of the site.
  • If a workspace already exists for that domain and you’re a member, you go straight into it.
If your email domain doesn’t match the address you typed, you’ll see Email domain mismatch and can’t continue. Use your company address, or ask an admin of that workspace to invite you. If the domain already belongs to someone else’s workspace you’ll see You need an invitation to access this workspace.

Set what we measure

The next screen asks for three things. At the top right, a chip reads Analyzing brand… and then Brand ready — that’s us reading your site for the brand name, description and logo.
  • Target region — the country your prompts and measurement target. Leave it alone and it’s picked from your website (Auto-detect from your website).
  • Languages and counts — how many prompts to measure per language. A running total shows against your plan limit, and you get a warning if you go over. Add language adds another row.
  • Anything we should focus on? (optional) — a free-text note. Something like “focus on B2B marketing managers” or “prioritize comparison-style queries” feeds into how the prompts are written.
Already have a question set of your own? Click or upload a CSV instead, grab the file from Download template, fill it in, and upload. Your list replaces the auto-generated one. Before anything is saved you get a summary of how many topics and prompts will be added.

Press Start

Start kicks off preparation. You can press it before the brand chip turns green — it waits for the brand and carries on.

What the preparing screen shows

After Start you land on a preparing screen headed Analyzing (your domain), with three stages that tick green as they finish.
  1. Extracting brand info — reading your website for the brand basics.
  2. Generating prompts — writing the questions we’ll measure against, with a running count once they start appearing.
  3. Running AI analysis — putting those questions to the AI engines and collecting the answers, showing processed against expected.
The screen says it usually takes a few minutes, and usually it does. Behind it, the allowances are wider: up to 10 minutes to read the brand, up to 45 minutes to write the prompts, and up to 4 hours for the first measurement. If you’re being onboarded by an Anymorph contact, the honest number to plan around is about 2 days for the first measurement after your question set is approved.
You can close the page — preparation continues. But no email is sent when it finishes, so come back to the dashboard in a while and check.

What gets created automatically

That one Start produces all of the following, which is why nothing is empty on your first login. Brand.md is pre-filled from what we read on your site. Every page written from then on is grounded in it, so it’s worth reading once in your first week and correcting anything wrong or missing.

If an Anymorph contact is onboarding you

When we run onboarding with you, you may get a link to a status page that needs no login — useful for stakeholders at your company who don’t have accounts. It can be read in English or 한국어.
  • Setup progressKickoff & scope, Prompt set review, Baseline measurement, Sample page review, Domain & analytics connections, First page live. Expand any step to see Details (what Anymorph is doing) and Your part (what’s needed from you).
  • Waiting on your side — what’s currently blocking, such as inviting us to Google Search Console, connecting Google Analytics, connecting your domain, or setting up a shared channel.
  • Send us materials — banned words, exact product lineups, brand documents, discontinued items. Up to 5 files at a time, 25MB each.
There is no approve button on that page. Approving the question set or the sample pages happens in the shared channel with your Anymorph contact, who records it. The link can be reissued at any time, and the old one stops working when it is.

Inviting your team

Once the workspace is open, invite colleagues from Settings › Team with Add Member. Paste several addresses at once and set a role for each.
Invitation emails go out automatically and the link expires after 7 days. If it expired or never arrived, re-send or cancel it on the same screen, or hand over the link yourself with Copy invitation link. You have to be an Admin to invite an Admin. Invited people skip onboarding entirely.

What to do next

With the workspace open, follow your first week: check the prompt topics and the Knowledge documents, connect your domain, Search Console and Google Analytics, then review and publish your first drafts.

Troubleshooting

A new workspace can only be created for the domain your email belongs to. Try again with your company address, or ask an admin to invite you if the workspace already exists.
No. The screen shows a Failure reason and the button you need. If only the measurement failed, Retry AI analysis re-runs that step alone. Otherwise Clear generated data and back to setup reopens the setup form — your brand information is kept, and only the generated prompts, results and scores are cleared.
Yes, preparation continues without you. Just remember that no completion email is sent, so check back in the dashboard later.
Only if you were invited to a workspace that already exists. Creating one requires an email on the site’s own domain.
Yes. Plan changes live in workspace settings, and the prompt and language make-up is managed on Prompts once the workspace is open.
Create Workspace in the workspace switcher reopens the domain form. One domain, one workspace.
